When it comes to any kind of vacation, I can't recommend a cruise highly enough. The best food, the best weather and you get to see (on a seven-day cruise) four different ports.

There are a million things to do on the ship, including absolutely nothing if you just want to sit at the pool and read and drink.

If I ever get married, my honeymoon will definitely be a cruise.

- after leaving Kennedy, drive to Orlando for four days in Orlando (hitting Sea World, Universal Studios, Disney-MGM, Disney-EPCOT)
- return rental car to Orlando Airport and fly home

Seriously, Ireland. Fly into Shannon, rent car, drive around Kerry. That's what Alice and I did. Of course, that was way back when before the Celtic Miracle, so things were cheaper.
