I figure this is worth a thread of its own - watching it now and damn, they do a fine job with it.

We had a sit-down with George McPhee before the season and he talked about how much fun it was to do it last year. He said the first questions were about fighting and he thought, "OK, here we go, this is all they want to emphasize," and noted he was quite happy to be wrong.

My son noted last year his only problem was it made it harder for a Caps fan like him to hate the Penguins. I'm thinking the same thing as I watch these two teams. They had a segment where a bunch of Rangers took some kids to the Christmas show at Radio City Music Hall.

This is really top-notch stuff.
