When I saw the thread title I was half expecting an ad I came across while looking for a new place to live.
"Middle aged couple seeking daughter-type for live-in situation."
Yeah, I'm sure that's getting a lot of calls.

Also a couple years ago I saw an ad for a male nudist seeking a female roommate.
