Fla. mayor to reporters: You're lobbyists

This mayor wants reporters to register as lobbyists under a new Code of Ethics or he will not speak with them. Reason given is that the reporters' editors use their work to write editorials, which in his view is a form of lobbying:

Nice try Mr. Mayor. Except lobbyists are shelling out barrels of cash to buy the favor and influence of you and every other politcian from the local to national level. Not sure that's the case with us.
