Yeah, I realized that later this afternoon. I didn't check all the hot links within the Breitbart post. What I did do is scroll to the bottom to see if the had give a H/T (hat tip?) to some other site and didn't see one. And, I admittedly didn't read all the way through to the political screed toward the end of their article.

I was wondering why people were getting so agitated. I initially assumed it was just the very existence of a Breitbart link, until I read through the whole thing.

I think your first instinct was correct -- it's the existence of a Breitbart link.

Breitbart is a political blog by and for white supremacist assholes. It is not a news source.

I've often wondered what, or who, is worse: the authentically awful person or the person who just pretends to be awful for fame or profit. I sometimes think that if you know better, you're committing the greater sin.

One of the things life has taught me... Eventually, assholes get theirs. You don't have to do anything to hasten their eventuality. You don't have to seek your own revenge. The vast majority of bad people, sooner or later, end up collapsing under the weight of their sins. They might enjoy short-term rewards; they might even seem outwardly to have won. But Clay Travis and his fellow rat faces always get binned in the end. You watch. Eventually he will get rung. The universe will take care of him.

I do wish ESPN didn't make it so damn easy for him. This isn't Jones on Newtown, for example. Travis simply isn't all that wrong about ESPN's liberal/progressive biases. They exist at ESPN as they do at any Disney property.
