"A league source told NFL.com senior writer Steve Wyche that Favre's status for Sunday's game could be decided by Childress and the team's medical staff."

Another source, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the person was not authorized to state the obvious, said mixing two hydrogen molecules with one oxygen molecule creates water.

I hope they got a second source for that.

Possibly a source who was so embarrased by the lack of news in the leak and didn't want their name associated with it. Really hard to believe you couldn't get somebody on the record to say the same thing, like the NFL rule book on listing injuries.

Why is it that everything – everything – about BF is a ****ing soap opera? Hasn't everybody figured out by now that it's never about what's best for the team, but what's best for BF?

Favre will hobble out there Sunday to keep his precious streak alive. He'll play, even with all of the mobility of the Rock of Gibraltar, and throw about five picks because Childress doesn't have the gonads to sit his ass on the bench where he belongs.

Farrrrv's problem? He's playing in a dome. He needs to play in an open-air stadium to accomodate his ego, which doesn't fit in an indoor stadium.

To steal from a recent Phil Mushnick column (paraphrasing)...senior writer? Is there a junior writer?
