i was just gonna say, "put on your tv." if you're at work, well, get back to work! :o :o :o :o :o

I'm kinda disappointed that NBC.com doesn't have the ER episodes available. But there's no way it's beating out "Mad Men" on my taping schedule.

And here's Maura for ya:

I predict that ER will be on television long enough for the son or daughter of one of the original actors to be on it.

No way. It ends this year. Too expensive to produce, even at a reduced rate.

I cannot believe this show is still on. It was great in the day, but who the hell still watches it? I saw a promo tonight that said something like, "a powerful E.R., where someone makes a decision that could cost them a career." Isn't that every episode of E.R. ever?

They've done everything short of have the ER deal with a nuclear explosion. When they foisted the non-chemistry pairing of Corday and Green on us, and turned Green's daughter into a brat, that was the end of the line for me. At this point, I've missed about half the run. Is Weaver the longest-running regular now? Or is the red-headed nurse played by Connie Mae Brazelton still around?
