Downloading 24

I am intentionally avoiding the running 24 thread and possible spoilers.

Anybody have a place to watch/download the first 4 episodes? Download to iPod would be ideal but any format will work.

On the thread there was mention of the DVDs being available soon. Don't know if that was for real.
