Doritos X-13D flavor

Anybody tried these? They come in a black bag and there is no explicit description of the flavor.

I brought a bag to the office tonight and the folks had fun trying them.

Kinda tasty. It took me a while to focus on what I was tasting, but I think I finally figured it out.

Trojans still work in this day and age. The last part of the statement about "Doritos being that good" was meant actually for my first post, but my logic finally sped up.

I like them & to me, they have a very distinct flavor. I don't know if I could do a whole bag, but the $0.99 bags are perfect for sharing at the office.

Does anyone remember the old Doritos that came in a yellow bag? No flavor or anything like that. They were just yellow corn chips. And they were great. They stopped making them like a decade ago.

I bought a bag of the "experimental" Doritos last night. One full mouthful was enough to send Little Man and I both to the trash can spitting out the contents. The bag went with it.

Kind of a pizza, tomato flavor which we did not like at all. I much prefer that Wild White Cheddar flavor they put out here and there recently.

And I miss like hell the original Taco flavor and the 3D Doritos.

I also thought the "secret" Doritos were awful.

I'll tell you what they're trying to do: Make chips that taste like an hamburger. Notice the hint on the bag says "All-American" flavor.

Why not just ... eat a hamburger?
