Is this a laughable lawsuit or could the trauma of having Donald Duck grope your breasts be worth something two years later?

Here's the lede, click on the link for the full story:
THIS MIGHT sound Goofy, but a Delaware County mother suing Walt Disney Parks and Resorts claims that she suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and about a dozen other "permanent" maladies because Donald Duck grabbed her breasts two years ago at Epcot Center.

The story has a picture of the duck, but not the plaintiff.

More details (but no photo of the woman) in the Delaware County Times story:
http://www.delcotimes.com/articles/2010/08/12/news/doc4c635a8bcfbcf543707214.txt

She's suing for $50,000 “plus delay damages, punitive damages, costs, interest and other damages permitted by law.”

That mother will gladly settle out of court for lifetime family passes to Disney.

This story brings back that time I was mickied by Mickey.

The ***** should've sued for a million — maybe then she'd get the $50k trinket treatment.

Instead she sued for $50k and Disney is like, "Get that **** outtahere."

If only I had a nickel for every time I was groped by Donald Duck.

The lede is a C+. It would have been a B- if it said that she is suffering from mallardies instead of maladies.

"Your honor, the plaintiff calls Christina Aguilera to the stand."

So you're saying Donald is a repeat offender?

This is bull****. Even if D. Duck did grope her, what the hell? Post-Traumatic Stress? Get over it. Either press charges at the time it happened, or give it up.

So, the feeling here is, it's not everything it's quacked up to be?

I doubt this lawsuit gets anywhere. Disney might pay her money to drop the lawsuit but it won’t be any more than it would cost to go to trial.

She's too late if she plans to sue the pants off him.
Quality.

Meanwhile, Daisy Duck laments not getting a piece of that action.

Meanwhile, we're still waiting for the PTS class action suit by those who actually paid to see "Howard the Duck."

Haven't seen it in many years, and no, I didn't pay to see it. But seeing it as a teen on HBO, I thought it was pretty funny.
