I take full blame for the nastiness of the turkey (I put butter on it, doesn't that count as "making" it JJ?). The cats like though, so it might just be my tastebuds.

My American turkey was surprisingly good. It tasted just like a Canadian turkey. Then again, it was probably a free-range bird that originated here and crossed over via the ice bridge. ;D

I heard that in Wisconsin they don't even make stuffing. They just stick a big hunk of cheese inside the turkey.
