There are three of them who I would have no idea who they were if they were standing in front of me... Martinez, Kardashian and Canalis.

I think the other nine are at least mostly recognizable to most people. I've never seen The Hills, but I know who Cavalarri is. I think most people know who Chaz Bono is.
