I understand Obama's Healthcare program is the target here. But will someone remind the Conservatives who want to link laws with family values that if this amendment passes, repeals can cut both ways.

I am sure there are prospective measures Conservatives would like to see passed that Liberals would want to use this against.

I have fixed the capitalization problem, Boom. There was no slight intended in either direction. I just was typing and, maybe, not thinking. Second, if the moderators want to move this, I will not object. Thanks for the assist.
