Some trainwreck television as CBS2 reporter appears to almost enjoy playing "Gotcha!" with actors as he informs them of Kirby's death.

What a horrible report. They should be embarrased to air that. Spelled about everyone's name wrong, too. Robert Dabi?

Man that was awful. The reporter was on the verge of giggling as he told them Kirby was dead.

Classless. Way to land G-listers like Davi, Jennifer Tilly and Lorenzo Lamas. I'm guessing David Ogden Stiers was unavailable.

David Ogden Stiers probably killed poor Bruno. I know he ruined M*A*S*H.

Lorenzo Lamas should get an Oscar for his acting there.

I could amost hear the wheels in his brain churning...

Bruno...Bruno Kirby...should I know him?
Ok, act sorrowful, feign dismay.
Now say what a nice man he was.

Ok, pulled that one off, interview over.

Normally I wouldn't find fault with anything that gets Jennifer Tilly on camera, but that was a pretty tasteless report.

And there, ladies and gentlemen, is the most unlikely nine-word sentence in the history of the written word.

It sure is. Because it's 10. 8) 8) 8)

I nominate CBS2's prized douchebag Dave Clark -- who, apparently, has "broken the story" of Bruno Kirby's death -- as today's WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD.....[/olbermann]

Not familiar with the guy. I assumed he was just some awkward clueless reporter, not malicious.

Clueless is one thing.

Saying "I'm kind of breaking the news to everyone here" in the middle of telling someone the guy died is another.

That was just hideous. Tells you lots about the state of local (even LA) TV news these days.
