After battling a cold the last few days, these things have been a welcome addition to my usual lineup of drugs.

I can't believe I've just come around to these plastic strips of heaven!

I'm thinking I might try these during my morning sessions on the treadmill. Anyone else use these during workouts and are they worth it?

I have used them before at night when I've had some nasal congestion. They are pretty great.

I used to use them for snoring, and they work great -- if you nose doesn't get too oily. I always found mine the next morning partially stuck to a pillow or blanket.

Expensive as hell, too.

Bet no one will do the best line in the whole movie :)

And I use them, my wife made me, and she says they seem to work.

Oh, and here's mine from The Jerk: "I've heard about this, cat juggling!"

Hell no, I won't do the best line from the movie -- the board has been shut down for less!!!

I'm just going to leave. And all I'm taking with me is this paddle ball. And this lamp.
