Got home after a fairly long day at the office last night and there playing on one of the Movie Channels was "10". Forgot how funny Dudley Moore was. We need to go back to the slapstick drunkard comedy.

Did not even see any Bo Derek before going to bed.

Did see a surprising Julie Andrews in the standard 70's garb walking around braless in a tight turtleneck. Did not recall that she was fairly attractive then (of course I was a teenager caught up in the Bo Derek craze.)

Rent "SOB" for an even better view of Ms. Andrews.

Haven't seen that movie in years but remember it being pretty good - and for having a better view of Ms. Andrews.

I thought Moore was a riot in Foul Play.

at his absolutely most riotess as the drunkard playboy billionaire heir "arthur." ;D

Agreed. Very likable movie.

I once interviewed Bo Derek (if you could even call it an interview) - absolutely the most stunningly beautiful person I have ever seen up close.

I never met Dudley Moore, so can't make any claims to his up-close beauty.

Gielgud was phenomenal.

"If you and your undershirt could take two steps back, I could enter this dwelling."
"I look forward to your next syllable with great eagerness."

I had the biggest 9-year-old crush on Julie Andrews ever after I saw her in Mary Poppins. And when she came down the aisle in Sound of Music... Oh. My. God. I didn't even know what a hard-on was back then, but I had one when that scene rolled. I will say this; she's held up pretty darn well for a 70-something.

"Do you want me to wash your **** too?"

SOB was great. The doctor, Robert Preston, had all the good lines.

Mulligan: "Will she be able to do the scene?"
Preston: "Is Batman a transvestite? Who knows."
