Has there ever been a better athlete, more dominant in their sport? Imagine Usain Bolt or Michael Phelps, except they didn't lose an individual event for seven years. I really can't think of a legitimate comparison. Throw in that female gymnasts usually peak very young, in their mid to late teens. Usually by Simone's age they have been broken down with injuries, or they have gotten too tall or their build changes as they matured. Something.

She lands vaults and tumbling passes that no one else in the world can do. She's in something of a niche sport, so she's not the household word that she might be... but it's incredible how excellent she is and how long she has been able to maintain that standard..

That's a good pull, lord knows that he was dominant as hell, especially early on when Cus was feeding him a steady diet of tomato cans.

I just remember a myriad of extra testing that Mayweather wanted before he’d agree to the fight. That article didn’t really clear that up. It was a reaction to a vague tweet made in response to a random person.

I’m willing to bet, if they really tried to get that fight to happen, it would have happened. It will forever be a question mark that they didn’t get that done.

That all said, I’m willing to give on the ducking comment. I can easily rephrase that the one guy who stood a legitimate challenge to Mayweather fight fight him until past his prime. That takes Mayweather out of a Biles comparison because it isn’t like Biles can’t make it work to compete against the Chinese.

You realize it's very easy to beat most PED tests, right? Mayweather prob believed Pac was on them.

Pac lost a bs decision to Bradley during that time, but he didn't help himself by getting knocked
out by Marquez. After that, he needed to get a few wins to make it the Mayweather fight a bigger draw and money maker.

Every time I see Biles, her look reminds me a lot of Kobe Bryant. Same dominant, determined confidence, and, like him, she rarely smiles while competing, making her seem even more like him. Which, as far as their respective sports go, probably isn't a bad comparison, either.
