Couple of things. (And I hope you didn't use that)
"Till" is an acceptable word. Actually, prefered. But, there's isn't " 'till"

till
1. up to the time of; until: to fight till death. 
2. before (used in negative constructions): He did not come till today. 
3. near or at a specified time: till evening. 


It is synonymous with "until." If you're clipping "until," -- and I'm not sure you should in a headline -- then I suppose you can use " 'til." But, it's the same amount of characters as "till."

In summation, " 'til" bugs. And I'm not sure where it came from.
It's some kind of ******* conjunction.
