Did she give him a bad grade too?

Victim is described as a devout Christian.
Not sure how that is relevant.
Did he buy the weapon on campus? It's quite obvious today's shooter was deterred by the campus-wide ban on weapons.
Minneapolis to LA? That's a couple of days, even with minimal stops. On top of quant's post, I'll have to watch who I unfriend.
As much as you would like this to be the case, it didn't cross my mind that this would have been an act of terror. A student, who is on the record for some time as having some academic dispute with his professor, shot him. No one is avoiding anything. No one is covering anything up.
Who said anything about terrorism?
So far, it looks like he has two victims. So, a bad grade, or stolen code, isn't the whole story.
Is there something in this guy's background that would cause him to settle disputes in this manner?
Maybe his dad is a right wing preacher. Maybe he listens to Rush Limbaugh.
YF, I don't listen to right-wing radio. Can you just show your hand here at this point? What is the scuttlebutt on the airwaves that we're all supposed to know is obvious?
There is no indication of any "terror"; its garden variety interpersonal issues; he had a grudge against the prof (I haven't seen anything on the woman) for supposedly stealing his code. I hope people take the time to read through the facts and discover its just a disappointed man with a grudge who found a handgun.
