Killed another driver in Nashville. Cops found Zanax and Oxy on him:

This guy's from the same part of the world as me. Graduated high school with my stepsister.

Met him a couple of times. Seemed like a nice guy.

This isn't his first impaired driving incident. Too bad he hadn't learned his lesson before now.

Just what the world needed, another reason to hate 3 Doors Down.

I have an uncle who told me the only bands he has liked from the past decade were 3 Doors Down and Nickelback. I walked away from the conversation.

If your actions set off a chain of events that result in the death of someone, but that someone was also doing something illegal that also contributed to his death -- should you take sole responsibility for that person's death?

The victim was violating the law and jeopardizing his health and well being by not wearing a seat belt.

3 Doors Down, Seven Mary Three, Third Eye Blind ...
I can't remember how to tell those bands apart anymore.

Third Eye Blind and Seven Mary Three are the ones that had a small handful of decent songs at least.

I've actually never heard of Seven Mary Three. I want to say third Eye Blind had a few hits -- Semi-charmed life, Never let you go, and well **** I thought there might have been another but cannot come up with it right now. 3 Doors Down actually had some of the bigger songs of the early 2000s and sound nothing like Third Eye Blind.

But, is 3 Doors Down even active anymore?

Yes. They released a Greatest Hits album last year and finished a tour with Daughtry last month. Had a European tour scheduled for this summer.

You shouldn't have walked away from your uncle. You should have punched him square in the jaw.

That's called tough luck. Won't have much affect on the criminal case. Could lower the millions he will have to pay the family in the civil case.

Depending on how good his lawyer is and assuming he can afford to settle, I don't foresee much jail time for Harrell. Using Vince Neil and Donte Stallworth as a guide, I figure he does 60 days max.

"Jumper," "How's It Gonna Be" and "Graduate" were the other really big Third Eye Blind songs.

I am not a Nickelback fan by any means, for years though I have been waiting for someone to put into words what it is that is so bad about them. The only argument I ever hear is "so and so said they suck, so they must suck." I know in the world of some music fans if you sell any records you automatically suck, but they have a huge fan base.

That's a ****ty setlist if I've ever seen it.
