I'm not sure Hardy should've gotten the belt yet ... HOWEVER, I do agree that they dropped the ball by having Orton win clean. That kills a lot of Hardy's momentum. He has no leg to stand on that he should get a rematch and belongs in the title hunt. Now, it's back down to the IC title for him. The crowd definitely was flat after that.
