What is the point in responding in such a way? Isn't participation in a message board all about discussing topics you care about?

Related question: Should I only care if it affects me?

It's like a dog with a squeak toy. The squeaking never stops.

This is the message board equivalent of the popular newspaper website comment: "Can't you find anything better to write about?"

Well, there are about 10 bazillion stories on the website right now. So the answer is, "Yes, we can, but we threw this piece of crap out there just because we like dismissive comments."

It's like a Facebook group for a television show. Someone will chime in with a message such as "Survivor sucks. I can't believe it's still on the air."

So why are you reading a post about the show and making an effort to post?

Because Survivor sucks.

Oh great. Another "who cares" thread. Like we needed another one of these.

I like to think that Care Bear couldn't top her epic "50 Shades of Gray" takedown and quietly walked away.
