Ho-lee ****. Imagine the group dynamic of the 11 as they cooked up this plan.

Although I will say, this is actually not as bad as what a former classmate told me about pledging a fraternity in the late '70s. He and his fellow pledges were driven 150 miles away from campus, stripped naked and left to find their way home.

Unpaywalled. And, yeah, seen better production values in the senior class play.

The ADA says this is a serious matter. Yada yada yada. But in the next breath, he says he's not going to charge anybody with possession of a weapon even though one of the perps carried something that looked like a weapon at the very least. In other words, even if the investigation proves it was a gun, the bearer of the arms gets a break.

This woman is supposedly an attorney. She appears to subscribe to the "bros will be bros" school of thought.

Only to be charged with misdemeanors, so those ****ing punks get off easy. Lacrosse stick to the nuts of evey one of them. Repeatedly.

Many or most of them are likely under 18 and, depending on New York state law, can't be charged as adults. In Texas, if you are 17, you are charged as an adult, and if you are 16 or under, it depends on how horny the DA is for you.

Is extreme rendition to another state a thing? Got a feeling it might could be soon.

I was watching a cable news show that had new details about 3 kids in New Mexico who stole a car and purposely hit a bicyclist, killing him. The kids were 11, 13, and 15. The 13 year-old pled guilty, which meant his name and mugshot were disclosed. The DA was on and he was complaining that the kids would be in jail only until 18. He wanted to throw the book at an 11 year-old.

[EDIT] He will be in until 21.

Her Twitter bio says New York State. We ain't claiming this one. Go talk to your people.
Oh they're all over the place here, trust me. If not for NYC hating Orange Dummy--or the Republicans not finding someone other than an Orange Dummy stoolie to run in '22--we'd have a Republican governor right now.

As for lacrosse douches, you'll never go wrong assuming the worst with anyone who plays the sport.
