JC ragging on me on the Wimbledon thread gave me this idea... And before anyone gets the idea that I might be bragging, remember that my print journalism career ended over a year ago... But I know there are some veterans who have covered a hell of a lot more than I have and I'm curious to see who has covered what at some point during their careers.

Super Bowls - 1
Olympics - 2 (Atlanta, Sydney)
NCAA Tournaments - more than I can count
Bowl games - more than I can count
Stanley Cup Finals - none
NBA Finals - none
Tour de France - none, but several Tour de Trumps and Tour duPonts! Did big features on Lance and LeMond. Counts for something, right?
World Cup - none
World Series - one, and a variety of other playoff games.
Grand slam golf - none
Grand slam tennis - none. Lots of tennis when both tours stopped here but no grand slams
Boxing champiosnhip match - Lots with Pernell Whitaker, including the robbery against Julio Cesar Chavez in San Antonio in 1993.

Two Daytona 500s and more races than I can count. And, no, I'm STILL not the AP Mike Harris.
One Preakness Stakes. Attended but did not cover a Kentucky Derby

A career built around college sports but with plenty of variety thrown in there. Zero complaints. My career bucket list includes two things I didn't get to cover: The Masters and the Kentucky Derby. I at least attended the Derby (in 1973, Secretariat's year).

Super Bowls - One
Olympics - None
NCAA Tournaments - Four
Bowl games - Several
Stanley Cup Finals - Three
NBA Finals - Two
Tour de France - None
World Cup - Four games in one tournament
World Series - One
Grand slam golf - Two
Grand slam tennis - None
Boxing champiosnhip match - Several

Super Bowls - none (but a handful of NFL Wild Card & Divisional games)
NBA Finals - none, but only because my ethically-challenged SE gave what should have been my credential to one of his buddies the one year the local team made it (ton of NBA playoff games, though).
Grand slam tennis - none, although did hit the now-defunct local ATP stop once
Indianapolis 500s - 13
Brickyard 400s - 12
State basketball championships - 10
NCAA Tournaments - one Women's Final Four, lots of Big Ten men's & women's tournaments
State baseball/softball/other championships - too many to count
County fair demolition derby - 8 times more than I would have liked, so 8

I guess I've been deprived, but have been at small dailies most of my career.

Super Bowls - 0, but a few playoff games
Olympics - 0
NCAA Tournaments - 0
Bowl games - Five
Stanley Cup Finals - Two
NBA Finals - 0
Tour de France - 0
World Cup - 0

Grand slam tennis - 0
Boxing championship match - 1
High school divisional championship games, state meets - dozens

This thread is not the self-esteem boost I needed.

I soothe my bruised ego by telling myself that I didn't have to sit through the traffic to go to all these events.

About the only cool things I get to cover are a handful of Big 10 football games each year, a charity dirt track race with NASCAR drivers and state high school football.

But I don't sit in traffic!

I've only been doing this for 10 years. I've been doing NASCAR for the better part of five years, off and on. I literally have no idea what I've covered on THAT BEAT ALONE, let alone remember everything I covered before.

You guys are freaking me out.

Since Mizzou has covered everything, I think this thread exists to massage his ego.
