After perusing my music catalog.....I find this little doozie.

"Up All Night"--Slaughter

Wait just a damn minute.......did we travel back to 1993 for a bit?

Which other songs do you have scream High School Homecoming?

No HS homecoming memories, but my son once opened my copy of Wishbone Ash Live and seeds fell out.
Hummina-hummina...

High Enough by Damn Yankees makes me think of homecoming.

that's great.

"Ah yes, those must be from the horticulture class I was taking in college. We were working on growing an advanced strain of alfalfa for a livestock feed project funded by the government. Very good important stuff, I might add."

My two WTF was I thinking when I made this musical purchase:

New Wave division: Mighty Lemon Drops -- don't even recall the name of the album I bought--would have to wipe off the dust to find out. Blase 80s technogarbage.

Heavy Metal division: Lord Tracy. Again, the album title escapes me, but I caught a song of theirs on the radio once. With the name (a play on porn star at the time Traci Lords), I figured they were destined to be the future of heavy metal. They weren't.

I Want To Sex You Up, Color Me Badd. The official song of the early 1990's.

I'd Die Without You---PM Dawn

BTW--The Boomerang Soundtrack is one of my all-time faves.

I have that on my MP3, too. Plus Set Adrift on Memory Bliss. I love it when it plays back-to-back with True!

I think the not-fat guy from P.M. Dawn was in jail for murder or attempted murder in the last few years.

P.M. Dawn is one of those groups you admit to liking with anonymously. Too floaty and etherial for the hip hop scene of the early 90's, but the fat guy could rhyme and had a nice voice too. Underrated.
