It is hardly a measure of "iron will" if you get married at 19, the age when many people are popping their cherries.

It can be argued that much of the problem is the recent religious push saying "sex is bad." People will often give into their urges to ****. It is just the way things are. We can’t just up and change that. What needs to be taught is that there are safe ways to go about it. Having people say that condoms are useless is definitely not the way to go about it.
