Apparently they take vermin like Devlin (molesters, rapists, etc.) and house them all together, away from the normal inmate population in order to keep them safe. Killing one of their ilk is actually a badge of honor for the rest of the inmates, thus the seclusion.

That's bull****. Those kids never had a chance. Throw him into a room with 10 murderers and see how long he lasts, I say.

That's too easy. Have someone in the fed pen hold him captive for as long as he kept the first kid, then torture him.

Besides, some fed pens are not keen in having prisoner-on-prisoner crime in their jails.

It applies to all U.S. citizens, even child molesters. Let the prisoners do it, not the state.

Crimes like this, and twisted freaks like this, seem to be rooted only in the United States -- not England, France, Canada, Italy or Germany, though those countries have some problems once in a while. But only once in a while.

Why is the United States the headquarters for all the really bad freaks?

The death penalty isn't cruel and unusual punishment. However, I wasn't referring to that. I was referring to prisoners "taking care" of the child molester.
