The woman is Filomena Tobias, the widow of a hedge-fund manager and former CNBC manager analyst named Seth Tobias. He died in his pool in Jupiter, and she was investigated before being cleared. At one point her psychic said she confessed to the murder, saying she lured him to the pool with promises of sex with a male stripper named Tiger. Before the death, they shared a fairly all-consuming cocaine habit and a few other lifestyle liberties that the rich can afford; after the death came a huge legal fight for the $300 million estate of Filomena's fourth husband.
