Yep. If he had said getting cancer is a sign of weakness, he'd have been shouted into oblivion by now. But he'll skate on this because the old-school mindset that equates mental illness with weakness is still around. And it thrives in the bull**** macho football universe, which says you have to keep playing without excuse.

I always believed the degradation of our civil dialogue sort of began with shouting sportswriter shows, and other tripe.

The third act of Skip Bayless will be interesting.
ESPN/FOX paid him well to act the fool for years.
