I don't get here as much as I'd like. But I haven't seen anything from Secret Santa this year and the annual gift exchange has become as much of a holiday tradition as Moddy's Mix. Any news on either?

After having to take a year off last year, I'm hoping SS returns this year!

We're modernizing the Moddy Mix after last year's disaster, news on that coming soon. As for SS, no clue. The two who handled it so well over the years no longer come 'round these parts so someone else would have to step up and do all that work. I'm game if someone is willing but we need to get it moving soon. And I'm not willing to do all that work.

I'll participate, but I ain't running it.
So no complaints if nobody wants the headache.

How about Secret Krampus instead?

I'll run it...but only if we go by these rules:
You get NO INFO. None.
You buy a gift, you are given an address.
DON'T add your user name or real name to the package (you can if you want...but it would be more fun if you kept it anonymous)...and that's it.
No wish lists...no size chart.
Just pure "What the **** am I going to get in the mail?!"
Post a pic, description, thoughts in a dedicated thread after you get it. If the sender wants to step up, they can either on the board or via PM.
So. Who is in?

Totally in on that.

Can't go wrong with XL. It either fits, fits a little loose or is big enough to be her nightshirt. Candy is always a good idea, but chocolate melts. A bacon wallet rules.
