I'm trying to start Safari on my laptop, but it keeps kicking me out. Arrrrrgh! I've restarted about nine times, and tried all the things that used to work on my older macs, but nothing is working! I need serious help.

Anyone out there who can help me gets a free bag of cheesy things delivered to their door!!!!! (Ask SC and Mert.)

Download Firefox. But I guess that'll be kind of hard without a working Web browser, huh?

Color me stumped. ???

I guess so. I really need my browser working.

have you started by throwing away your preferences and restarting?

Hi TBF -

Sorry to hear it. Not sure what you mean when you say it's "kicking you out." Is the program not loading at all? Loading, then not working?

As I said in a PM, I can copy and paste some troubleshooting tips from Safari Help if you want, but that's the best I can do.

I think all is well. I clicked on an Apple Support link and it fired right up. I'm dowloading Firefox as we speak.

Thanks for all the help.

Posting from the iPhone is quite tedious.

I was trying to figure out how you were posting if the browser wouldn't open. Now I know.
