God I never thought I’d hit thumbs up on a picture of a blood draw.

Drove to Boston yesterday to help the goddie move into her dorm.

For lunch we walked to one of the dining halls.

Next to the hall is an outdoor hoop. If I had a ball I'd've taken a few jumpers.

Came home 10 hours later and pulled up to this gorgeous goldie popping its head out of a Caddie.

Scarfed down leftover tacos then went for a walk which began by watching Mennonites sing on the corner.

Tomorrow is 2 weeks ... I'll stop counting minutes soon ... and one day, even sooner, we'll see just how strong I am.

My dream girl has always been a point guard.

I've always wanted to marry and make babies with a point guard though it's too late for either.

With that ...

Just met a beautiful, strong, articulate woman who played point guard in high school.

Her good friend (power forward on the team) said she was the Caitlin Clark of her day.

They said their team made it to the title game and lost by 2 points.

This former point guard now serves as an officer in the Coast Guard.

She is responsible for 80 men + women below deck of a 200-foot ship.

She leads water missions to bust coke smugglers and showed me photos of a recent bust she led off Colombia.

She might not be a Coast Guard officer and likes to tell stories of busting Colombian coke smugglers.

If it is true, the universe talks to you in the funniest of ways sometimes.

I was off the grid for two weeks while on vacation and am just seeing this as I catch up this morning.

Day 11 without ... at some point I'll stop counting because you shouldn't count these kinds of things.

Tele-ppointment this morning with a new person was much more relaxed.

She wants me on a newer drug but I'm unwilling because of potential kidney stones; I'll stay on Baclofen.

Then they took blood to look at my liver and kidney functions and for other stuffs.

A nurse said the labs were "good" and I'm reading them now.

Negative for HIV and the Heps and anything of that nature.

Yayo levels were obviously abnormal but no traces of xylazine or fentanyl which is good.

I'm not a needle user and would never shoot Tranq but that doesn't mean yayo here isn't cut with xylazine.



It's a bit jarring to read the nurse practitioner's narrative of our tele-chat Friday.

But every word and phrase I used is true. Guess I opened the spigot.

Next appointment is tomorrow.

And that's where I am after 15 days without.

With that, I'll take a break from this thread.
