Ralph Brackbill had been a bowling editor for the Baltimore Sun from 1926 -1961. I am seeking an obituary for Mr. Brackbill.

I don't think you're going go find a whole obit online. He died before that would have happened:

Ralph R. Brackbill - born October 29, 1904, died July, 1985. Baltimore Sun, sports editor, mostly bowling.
