Quark help, please

A co-worker is using a computer on which the previous user managed to turn his Tools palette from vertical to horizontal. This drives her crazy with a capital azy. Does anyone know how he did it, and more importantly, how to switch it back?

But no, I'm not sure how. My palette goes up and down like Boots going back-do'h.
