Police chief goes under covers

The police chief in Greentree, a Pittsburgh suburb, certainly found an interesting way to make an arrest.

He used himself as bait in a prostitution sting. He met the lady in her room at a local hotel, undressed, got her to confirm that she was doing it for money and then let her "commit a sex act" before arresting her.

Such dedicated law enforcement. Brings a tear to my eye. ;D

At the first paper I worked at (as a stringer when I was a high school senior), there was a massage parlor in town that went waaaay beyond massages. A male reporter at the paper was a "client," not telling them he was a reporter. The publisher decided that the byline would read "By X".

One little problem: There were just three full-time reporters, and other two are women.

Gee, I wonder who wrote the story?
