The investigation into Andrews was triggered by an anonymous call to Lowell Police at 9:30 a.m. today, reporting that there was a Ford Crown Victoria with tinted windows in the neighborhood that could be involved in drug activity, Lowell Police Deputy Superintendent Bob DeMoura said in a telephone interview

I didn't realise that the Ford Crown Victoria was the auto of choice amongst NFL players.

This story is much ado about nothing except for maybe the unregistered car.

It's a bigger deal because of all the blithering Kraft has been doing since the Christian Peter affair. About how he's the custodian of a public trust and how he has an obligation to make sure all Patriots employees are living the clean life, blah blah blah.
