Was flipping through the channels and caught the end of an infomercial about this. Has anyone here tried it? It runs about 10 bucks a day and renews every 28 days until you cancel. That can obviously add up quickly for a bunch of us here. For those who have tried it, if there are any, is the cost worth it?

Worked with someone who did the program, and it delivered as advertised. She left the program and ballooned back to her original weight in no time.

Don't go on a diet. They are not permanent. The results don't last, as Smasher noted.
Change your eating habits. Change your activity habits. Change your lifestyle.

Unrelated, but Nexium is wonderful. Going on three months now without a single instance of heartburn. And I haven't changed jobs yet, so it must be the drugs.

Stomach stapling or bust....

Lost 50 pounds in the past year. Lowered blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesteral, etc.
Did it by just eating right and exercising. You don't gimmicks. You just need to live a balanced, healthy life.

I think that's how it works. The food's so bad you don't eat.

Fellow worker recently showed up with his Nutrisystem "pizza" - a cookie looking thing with some brown sauce to put on it that made me think of a colostomy bag. If my weight loss plan came down to a choice between eating that or not eating, chalk one vote up for starvation.

I can't seem to follow my guaranteed guide to weight loss. It's a four-word book that I can't find a publisher for....
"Eat less, exercise more"

I tried Nutrisystem for a couple of months last year.

Here's what you need to know:

The dehydrated Mac and Cheese with Beef is not nearly as bad as the description would indicate.

The main flavor: salty.

The alleged chocolate is the nastiest, grittiest stuff you'll ever try.

And the eggs are really gross.
