Beyond terrible. Serves up a grand slam and another homer in the same inning.
 
Not to pick sides here, but a team serving up two grand slams in the same inning, and allowing 17 batters to get to the ****ing plate, probably deserves its own thread.

This thing is probably a rarity in slow-pitch softball, let alone in PRO baseball.

- R. Castro reached on fielder's choice, X. Nady to second on T. Walker's fielding error

- E. Chavez singled to right, X. Nady scored, R. Castro to third

- J. Valentin singled to shortstop
- C. Woodward grounded into fielder's choice, R. Castro out at home, E. Chavez to third, J. Valentin to second

So the Mets power hitters (3-through-6) were 6-for-7 with 10 RBI, 3 homers, reached on an error and walked in that half inning.

I left the room just after the first grand slam and returned just in time for the second one.

Chan Ho Park gave up 2 grand slams in the same inning — to the same guy, Fernando Tatis.

It was the highlight of both of their careers.

If Dusty would have just gone with his gut and brought Neifi Perez in to pitch, all this unpleasantness could have been avoided.
