Pish posh. The NFL is and always has been a quarterback league. Those guys stick around into their late 30s. The other players are ancillaries who, if they become stars, will be replaced sooner or later by other younger stars.

Exactly. Money, physicality and violence do not a great sport make.
I reject your premise.
Just how violent is the NBFL compared to the NFL?

And Marcus, we will continue discussing your topic if and only if you fetch us beer.
Do violent sports, in particular NBFL, cause kids to be violent?
Do you have a brother named Reuben?
No, but a cousin named that.

Can someone translate the poll question?
Tried changing it, won't let me.
I hope what I said makes sense. If not, let me know. I will do better.

Value of team chemistry- since players are thinking of retiring earlier than usual and get hurt alot before getting paid, has the mentality changed for winning and it's about get mine or no?

Quality over self-value- most players can't imagine life without football and the lifestyle it brings (quality), others are taking their scholarship seriously and life after football (self-value). Will more marketable players follow suit and just leave after a few years or stay?
No prob, but you do realize there isn't a question, right?
