The position has been filled, thank you.
Our team is one of the hardest working in the business . . .
Gator Country is looking for a strong storyteller and self-motivated individual who desires not only to be the first to the story ...
This translates to: we want to hire a fanboy, homerism is required. Objective reporting need not apply. It's a wonder that they are even issued credentials to anything.I've been pushing for us to move away from reporting and covering things in what I call a "newspaperish" way and get back to our roots of focusing more on providing insider information, opinion, and analysis.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Mike Capshaw is married to Renee Gork.... the then-Arkansas reporter who lost her job after wearing a Gators hat to a Bobby Petrino press conference. That's some serious fan-boy/girl dedication, right there.LitteringAnd said:Riptide said:The staff profiles are hilarious, as often is the case at businesses like these.

Turns out I know one of those guys. He's known for working hard, at least. Stand up fella. Not sure about the rest of the staff, but Albert's post sounds like the place is awfully awful.
