So I went to an MMA match to do a feature for the local alt weekly, and a fighter is killed.

That was a fun night. The cops tried to intimidate the intern photographer, owner tried to kick us out.

So how does a guy living off disability payments end up as an MMA fighter? Too disabled for full time employment but not for ring combat?

A lot of people go to psychiatrists trying to get diagnosed with something that will get them disability.

I had asked her to take pics of police interviewing the ref and promoter outside. The owner didn't like that and later had them her her from ringside and ask her to come outside. I was on the other side and followed.

They had her stand there while asking for her ID. I stood beside her and said I was going to stay there and support my photographer and then they let us go.
