Fan "from the country" accompanied some family members to the Broncos game over the weekend...left around halftime to go to the toilet, and hasn't been seen since.

WTH?

He's out doing the town with D.B. Cooper.

He made too much noise in the can. Peyton had him disappeared.

Actually, it was his son who went to the restroom at halftime and when he came back his dad wasn't there.

They found a body near the stadium this morning but police were very quick to say they were sure it wasn't him.

It's one of the wackiest stories I've read/followed in a long time, and predictably it's done a lot of traffic for us the past few days.

Re: Mile High Mystery: Where did Paul Kitterman go?

Court records showed Kitterman had a history of relatively minor motor vehicle citations over more than a decade. More recent legal troubles involved a major bank and the Colorado Department of Revenue.

His friend, Tia Bakke, who went with him to the Broncos game, said she knew he had money problems
but doubted that would have been reason for him to vanish at the game.

Maybe Kitterman went looking for YankeeFan.

There is nothing reported that he went to get a cup of coffee.

Um ... wow.

Found in Pueblo. Unharmed. And Denver Police are referring all questions to the family.

I want that interview for the whole story.

No foul play suspected.

I really hate news orgs doing legal records searches on people and publishing simply because they have nothing else to report. If it turns out to have had something to do with disappearance or whatever, fine, run it - but before then - you shouldn't be publishing. Using Facebook as a source is equally foul.

I'm just speaking generally. Don't know if Facebook was used in this case, but court records seldom turn out anything positive.

Disagree on Facebook. It's a record you're putting out there for public consumption. In most cases, I think it's fair game.

The great great likelihood when he disappeared -- I'm talking 95 percent or higher -- was that he did it under his own control. So looking at his background is the most reasonable way to figure out the why.

This would have made a pretty good Without A Trace episode.

Maybe he borrowed balloon boy's flying saucer and made it to Pueblo.

Family now playing the "respect our privacy" card.
