Judging by the size of the kids in that picture (W was born in 1946, Jeb in 1953, Neil in 1955, Marvin in 1956 and Dorothy in 1959), I'm guessing this photo is from around 1970. That means that Barbara Bush is 45 years old in this picture.

Some people are always old.
