I just posted it because in the midst of all the back-slapping for Whitlock it seemed appropriate to post a guy who wrote basically that Whitlock is just as guilty as opportunism and grand standing as the people he is pointing the fingers at....

I saw the headline when I read it. Just thought the column was poorly reasoned, constructed and didn't say much of note. Nothing personal.

And for the record, I'm not a Whitlock supporter or basher. Just a reader who has sat next to him in the box and on the media shuttle back to the hotel from time to time. ;D
