Sitting behind an iMac. Why?
Two reporters detained inside a McDonald's. I guess eating a Big Mac while charging your phone is a crime there now.

Edit: Changed arrested to detained. No charges were filed.

Post has the account from the reporter detained and video.

Strong stuff.

Msnbc has been hammering coverage. The others, Fox and cnn, are embarrassing themselves.

Our web editor Kenya Vaughn just had the red dot of an assault rifle pointed at her chest by a County cop simply for saying, "Excuse me."

Bloomberg reporting that the Missouri governor is ordering the local cops out and the asking the feds to come in.

Not a minute too soon. Maybe too late based on this video from last night -- at the 2:40 mark, St. Louis County police aim tear gas and rubber bullets at peaceful protesters standing with their hands in the air at least 100 feet away.

A St. Louis alderman was thrown in jail overnight because he "didn't listen." His crime was getting out of his car.

For those of us too young to recall Bull Connor and the '60s, it's so nice to have a refresher course.

I'd heard somewhere that the cops were overly militarized in Ferguson, but I couldn't seem to see them anywhere.

They're already living out their dream of smacking down black people, they sure as hell aren't going to let some A-rabs get a foothold.
