His New Yorker piece sseem few and far between but the most recent issue (August 6) has one titled "Rip Van Golfer"l, about Oakmount.

I read the Spam piece last night. It didn't really say anything new. Unlike a New Yorker story. I am saving the McPhee. By far my favorite magazine writer ever. I was eager to read it yesterday, but knew I wouldn't be give it full attention, so I saved it.
