If by "dehydration" they mean "He'd been killing it all weekend. Dude was drunk 24/7, then he stupidly spent time in the Vegas sun while continuing to drink more alcohol," then I believe it.

I've been to the Rehab party, it's pretty common for people to get carried out of there. Sun plus booze plus still recovering from the night before is a bad combination.
