this is probably a good thing. the cheese hasn't done much for me the past few years. way too much noodling for my tastes. when they started trying to be a little more like phish and a little less roots/bluegrass, i lost interest. with that said, i wasn't a huge sci guy to begin with. i saw them a handful of times, have some live shows, but wasn't a diehard.

now, i wouldn't mind seeing a leftover salmon reunion here and there. ex-salmon mandolin player drew emmitt is doing some nice solo stuff, too.
