The words of Netanyahu speaking today in DC at AIPAC conference.

Then I'm threatened by carnivorous unicorns, which exist every bit as much as Iranian nukes.

And if an Iranian nuke did strike Israel, the net positive result for Iran in the end that makes this all worthwhile would be . . .

Wouldnt a nuke strike in Israel lay waste to Jerusalem? That doesnt help the Muslim cause. And if Im Israel and Im going down in nuclear blast Mecca is coming with me

...that there's no Israel?

And there'd also be no Tehran. And it'd be the end of the Islamic State of Iran. Things Iran's govt knows damn well.

But, since Iran has no nukes and ain't getting them any time soon, this is hardly an imminent concern regardless.

Then what are the negotiations about?

Only one nation in the history of mankind has ever used nuclear weapons on another people.

And it happens to be the nation that's scared ****less that SOMEBODY ELSE will do so.

Obama's been selling this deal hard.

Chuck Schumer, for one, isn't buying:

Senator Chuck Schumer, the most influential Jewish voice in Congress, said Thursday night that he would oppose President Obama’s deal to limit Iran’s nuclear program.

“Advocates on both sides have strong cases for their point of view that cannot simply be dismissed,” Mr. Schumer, Democrat of New York, said in a lengthy statement. “This has made evaluating the agreement a difficult and deliberate endeavor, and after deep study, careful thought and considerable soul-searching, I have decided I must oppose the agreement and will vote yes on a motion of disapproval.”

Doesn't look like it was a real profile in courage though:

A White House official suggested Thursday that Schumer's announcement of opposition came only after enough Democratic support was assured to keep the plan intact. A person familiar with the senator's thinking confirms the White House was informed of Schumer's plans to come out in opposition to the Iran deal before his position was made public.

One source close to the New York delegation's discussions told CNN that Schumer was expected to hold off making his opposition public until the math was clear that Republicans wouldn't be able to assemble votes for an override, though the source thought Schumer would wait until the fall to announce.

Because it's highly doubtful that some nations would use nuclear weapons in the limited way that we did to end WWII.

I have wondered for years how any Jewish person could have voted for this president or supported this administration.

Because it's highly doubtful that some nations would use nuclear weapons at all, because doing so would mean their near-certain annihilation in the limited way that we did to end WWII.

Every nuclear nation for 70 years has used them in the most limited way possible --- not at all. Not aggressively. Not defensively. Not preemptively.
