It's the only way Gruden can handle it. Try to boost RG3's confidence and hope he plays like he did in 2012.

If not, you just bide your time until he gets injured.

He's injured in each of his first 3 seasons. 2 ACL injuries in the same knee. Prone to run without checking down. Seems illequiped to be self critical.
Yeah, throw him out there and let him hang himself or learn to be better
