Of course he is the starter. He's the key to the franchise.

If he doesn't want to or can't learn plays, then you simplify the **** out of the playbook. You prop him up and let him play. You let him run. If he kills himself then you go to the second rate talents sitting on your bench, but they cannot win without RGIII.

Unless of course they trade him and draft another QB in the first round.

It's the only way Gruden can handle it. Try to boost RG3's confidence and hope he plays like he did in 2012.

If not, you just bide your time until he gets injured.

He's injured in each of his first 3 seasons. 2 ACL injuries in the same knee. Prone to run without checking down. Seems illequiped to be self critical.
Yeah, throw him out there and let him hang himself or learn to be better
